Royal Drive – Chauffeur & Tour Services

Welcome to Royal Drive. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.


1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to service delivery.

  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

  • Customized tours may involve additional charges depending on itinerary adjustments.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7 working days.


3. Delays & Changes

  • Royal Drive is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight/train timings and pickup details.

  • Changes to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.


4. Passenger Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward the driver and the vehicle.

  • Smoking, excessive noise, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged to the client.


5. Vehicle Use & Limitations

  • Vehicles are allocated based on the information provided at the time of booking.

  • Royal Drive reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar class if needed due to operational reasons.

  • Luggage limits apply and must be communicated in advance for appropriate vehicle assignment.


6. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take every measure to ensure a safe and professional experience, Royal Drive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss due to service delays or cancellations.

  • Personal belongings left in vehicles are the responsibility of the passenger.


7. Privacy & Data

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Client data is used only for booking and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.


8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
